Joel Lin

Joel is a senior advisor of 3 Capital Partners. With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, management and finance experience, he advises the firm on its corporate development strategy and training.
Joel is the Founder and Managing Partner of Green Mountains Investments, and the Founder and President of the Singapore, Hong Kong and US offices of Sandler Training. Under his leadership, Sandler has trained numerous leading professional services firms, multi-national corporations, and government agencies.
Prior to his current roles, Joel was the Co-founder and Executive Director of a joint venture with CIMB, a leading investment bank in Malaysia, where he directed investment banking deals with focus in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology sector.
Earlier in his career, Joel was a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and also worked at Monsanto and Solutia.
Originally from Taipei, Joel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the US Military Academy at West Point.
