Jiahao is the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of 3 Capital Partners. Jiahao chairs the investment strategy committee and is responsible for setting investment strategies for the firm.
Originally from Foshan, Jiahao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst®.
Jonathan M. Shelley
Partner, Chief Operations Officer
Jonathan is the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of 3 Capital Partners. Jonathan is responsible for executing the firm’s business strategy as well as legal and operational matters.
Originally from Hong Kong, Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Law from the University of Edinburgh and an LLB from The College of Law in London.

Kelvin is the Co-Founder and Strategic Partner of 3 Capital Partners. Along with Alex and Jiahao, Kelvin guides the firm to continuously refine and optimize on the operating model, as well as unlock new resources.
Originally from Changzhou, Kelvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Boston University in Massachusetts.

Managing Director, Head of Business Development
Austin is the Head of Business Development at 3 Capital Partners. Austin is responsible for leading new business initiatives and opportunities.
Originally from Taipei, Austin holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor’s degree with concentrations in Accountancy and Law from National Cheng Kung University.

David is an Investment Associate at 3 Capital Partners, and he is a founding team member of the firm. Along with the investment team, David is responsible for the day-to-day portfolio management activities and analytics.

Senior Advisor
Michael is a senior advisor of 3 Capital Partners. With more than 30 years of executive leadership and portfolio management experience in the asset management industry, he provides insights and experience to the firm’s market and investment strategies. Michael is the Honorary Chairman of Capital Trust Investment where, under his management, he had led the asset management firm in establishing dominant industry presence with an asset under management of nearly US$13 billion.
Originally from Taipei, Michael holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University.
Kenny Foo
Senior Advisor and Non-Executive Director
Kenny Foo is a non-executive director and a senior advisor of 3 Capital Partners. Prior to joining 3 Capital Partners, Kenny was Managing Director and a Special Advisor at J.P. Morgan International Private Bank, responsible for the formulation of a global policy on tax compliance for the business.
Originally from Singapore, Kenny studied law at the National University of Singapore and subsequently attained a Master of Law in Taxation at the New York University School of Law.
Billy Hsieh

Billy is a senior advisor of 3 Capital Partners. In his 30 years of professional experience, Billy had spent nearly 24 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he became the first business and tax advisory partner of the Shanghai office, leading the establishment of several professional services in China.
Originally from Taipei, Billy holds B.S. in Accounting, Summa Cum Laude, from St. John's University and Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He is an Attorney-at-Law and Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
Joel Lin
Senior Advisor
Joel is a senior advisor of 3 Capital Partners. With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, management and finance experience, he advises the firm on its corporate development strategy and training. Joel is the Founder and Managing Partner of Green Mountains Investments, and the Founder and President of the Singapore, Hong Kong and US offices of Sandler Training.
Originally from Taipei, Joel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the US Military Academy at West Point.
