Kenny Foo
Senior Advisor and Non-Executive Director

Kenny Foo is a non-executive director and a senior advisor of 3 Capital Partners.  Prior to joining 3 Capital Partners, Kenny was Managing Director and a Special Advisor at J.P. Morgan International Private Bank, responsible for the formulation of a global policy on tax compliance for the business. 

Previously, Kenny was the Head of J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s Asia Pacific Wealth Advisory Group. This Group was dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex legal, tax, immigration, inheritance-planning, family governance issues associated with creating and holding wealth, and transferring it to succeeding generations. Prior to moving to Hong Kong in 2008 to join J.P. Morgan, Kenny practiced as a tax and trust lawyer in Singapore, Sydney, New York, Zurich and Geneva with international law firms Baker & McKenzie and Withers LLP. In 2007, the Citywealth Platinum Advisers, Managers and Philanthropists List named him as one of Switzerland’s leading private client lawyers. 

Kenny studied law at the National University of Singapore and subsequently attained a Master of Law in Taxation at the New York University School of Law, where he was concurrently a Baker & McKenzie Graduate Legal Studies Scholar and a Kathryn Aguirre Worth Memorial Scholar. He is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, as well as an Attorney and Counselor-at-Law in the State of New York. 

Kenny is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law, the Law Society of Singapore, the New York State Bar Association, and the Geneva International Business Lawyers Association.
